  • What is the lead time

    Lead time can vary depending on product and time of year. Generally we work on 3 to 4 weeks for most products- motorisation can add an extra time. Some items and fabrics can vary greatly from this. For example Timber Plantation shutters is up to 3 months. Also expect additional time before and after Christmas and New Years. The lead time is taken from the confirmation of all colour selections and receipt of deposits / contracts.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    If you are a new customer, yes we will need to receive a deposit before your order will be placed. Existing commercial customers will generally provide contracts or purchase orders instead of a deposit.
  • Do you complete works in Country South Australia

    Yes we can supply and install Window Furnishings throughout South Australia, we have previously completed works in Mount Gambia, Tintinara, Whyalla, Ceduna and more. We would be happy provide a quote for your location.
  • Do you have motorisation?

    Yes we have a large range of motorisation products available, from building management systems, to remote control, via radio frequency. We have a large range of sensors to suit
  • Can you supply external blinds and awnings?

    Yes we also have a wide range of external products available from Café Blinds, Roller Shutters, Awnings and more.
  • Can blinds and curtains be installed to anything?

    No, blinds and curtains need to be installed to a solid fixing. Plasterboard is generally not suitable, and brackets are likely to pull out of the wall. Timber is preferred, but there are other options.
  • What information is required to place an order?

    We require all information relevant to the product being ordered before an order can be placed. For example; fabric selection and fabric colour, component and bracket colour, chain colour, base rail colour etc.
  • Is installation included?

    Yes, generally supply and installation of all products is included in our quotations.
  • Can you order blinds from a plan without a site measure?

    No, we must complete a site measure as our products are measured down to the millimetre.
  • Can you supply only?

    If price is a factor and you would like to measure and install yourself, yes we can supply products to a client who wishes to provide us with manufacture sizes. However please be aware we offer no warranty on installation and measuring. Any replacements due to poor measure, or mistakes in installation will be charged.
  • Can you supply curtains?
